Admin tools for masjids: set iqamah times, manage schedules, view attendance, and enable donations.
What admins can do
- Set default iqamah times (and a check-in window).
- Upload a per-date schedule (CSV) for seasonal changes and special calendars.
- Pause streaks (for maintenance or special cases).
- View recent attendance and a leaderboard.
Iqamah times & schedules
You can manage iqamah times two ways:
- Manual times: set the default daily times in the dashboard.
- Uploaded schedule: upload a CSV with one row per date and per-prayer iqamah times.
The schedule mode can be toggled with “Use manual times (override schedule)”.
Check-in windows
Configure how early/late users can check in relative to iqamah time. This reduces accidental check-ins and keeps streaks consistent.
Donations & Payouts
If you set up payouts, users can optionally automate donations. SalahStreak applies a platform fee on donations.
- Connected account: onboarding links your masjid payouts account.
- Trust signals: verification and payouts status help donors.
Verification
Submit a phone number plus EIN or supporting documents. Verified masjids display a badge to users during donation setup.
Admin access
Admin access is separate from user flows. Only admins associated to a masjid can manage its settings.
