Terms of Service

By using SalahStreak, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

SalahStreak is operated by Deen First Tech LLC (“Company”).

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your profile information, and keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use SalahStreak only for lawful, respectful purposes. If you use a guest flow, some features may be limited until you create or connect an account.

Check-ins, streaks, and prayer times

Check-ins must follow the prayer window, location, masjid, and eligibility rules shown in the app. Streaks, leaderboards, and attendance summaries are calculated from available data and may change if records are corrected, undone, removed, or recalculated. Prayer times, iqamah times, and masjid settings may come from calculations, admin entries, or third-party data, and should be verified with your masjid when precision matters.

Auto check-in, notifications, widgets, and passes

Auto check-in, reminders, push notifications, widgets, wallet passes, and native iOS features are optional convenience features. They depend on device permissions, platform rules, network access, location accuracy, battery settings, app version, and third-party services. We work to make them reliable, but we cannot guarantee every check-in, reminder, notification, widget refresh, or pass update will occur on time. You remain responsible for checking the app if a check-in or reminder matters to you.

Community features

Friends, groups, leaderboards, nudges, posts, reports, recaps, and other community features are for encouragement and accountability. You agree not to harass, impersonate, spam, shame, abuse, or mislead others. We may remove content, limit visibility, disable features, or suspend accounts to protect users and the service.

Donations & accountability pledges

Donations and accountability pledges are optional. If you enable them, you authorize charges according to the settings you choose, including donation amounts, destination masjids, pledge amounts, selected prayers, payment method, and any confirmation screens shown in the app. Payments are processed by Stripe and may include Stripe processing fees and SalahStreak platform fees as described in the app or Pricing page. You are responsible for reviewing your settings before enabling charges.

Masjid listings and admin tools

Masjid admins are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, addresses, coordinates, prayer schedules, iqamah settings, screens, verification submissions, and any content they publish. Only authorized people should claim or administer a masjid. We may approve, deny, remove, merge, or modify listings, admin access, verification status, posts, screens, or settings to protect accuracy, safety, privacy, and service integrity.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse SalahStreak, bypass check-in restrictions, falsify location or attendance, scrape or overload the service, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, violate others’ rights, submit false verification information, or use the service in a way that harms users, masjids, payment systems, or our infrastructure.

Content and feedback

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant us permission to host, display, process, moderate, and distribute it as needed to operate SalahStreak. If you send feedback or feature requests, we may use them without obligation to compensate you.

Suspension and changes

We may modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue features, and we may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal risk, security issues, nonpayment, or harm to the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer

SalahStreak is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not provide religious, legal, tax, accounting, financial, or payment advice. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, missed reminders, missed check-ins, inaccurate prayer times, or payment settings you enabled.
